37-19-815 . Permit -- amendment.

(1)Whenever a cemetery company that is subject to the provisions of this part proposes to amend its present permit for construction of a mausoleum, reduction or increase in percentage of gross sales proceeds to be placed in the perpetual care and maintenance fund, expansion of a cemetery, or other changes in its operation, the cemetery company shall file an application for amendment of the permit with the board.
(2)The application must be accompanied by a fee and other information that the board requires by rule.
