35-17-407 . When transfer of title effected on recording -- lien not to extend to subsequent product.

(1)In case such marketing agreement specifies that the member has agreed to sell and the association has agreed to buy the product specified in the agreement, produced by or for such member during a period of time in said agreement designated, and such agreement further provides that the association shall have the absolute title to such product and the right to enforce specific performance of the agreement and the power to borrow money thereon for any purpose of the association and that the association shall have all rights of ownership of such product without limitation, including the right to sell or pledge for its own account or as security for its own debts or otherwise, then such agr
