§ 2-17-825 — Report To Legislature

2-17-825 . Report to legislature.

(1)The legislative council may prepare a written report of its activities and recommendations related to its duties under 2-17-805 (2) to assist the legislature in determining whether the recommendations should be implemented.
(2)If a report is prepared, it must be submitted to the legislature in accordance with 5-11-210 .
