2-17-546 . Exemption of criminal justice information network -- exception. The provisions of this part do not apply to the criminal justice information network or its successor except for the provisions dealing with the purchase, maintenance, and allocation of telecommunication service delivery. However, the department of justice shall cooperate with the department to coordinate telecommunications services of the state.
