2-17-527 . Agency information technology plans -- review and approval -- updates.

(1)Plans and reports required under 2-17-524 must be submitted to the department for review and approval according to a schedule adopted by the department. The schedule must provide for approval of plans no later than June 30 in each even-numbered year.
(2)The department may reject, require modification of, or approve agency information technology plans as considered appropriate by the department. The primary basis for evaluating agency information technology plans must be conformity to the state strategic information technology plan, as provided for in 2-17-521 .
(3)Agency information technology plans must be updated and are subject to review and approval whenever substantive changes occur to an agency's
