§ 85-15-503 — Civil Penalty
85-15-503 . Civil penalty. An owner of a dam with an impounding capacity of 50 acre-feet or greater measured at the maximum normal operating pool who fails to comply with a provision of this chapter or a rule or order of the department adopted or made pursuant to this chapter is subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000. Each day of violation is a separate offense.
