§ 7-15-4423 — Resolution To Dissolve Housing Authority

7-15-4423 . Resolution to dissolve housing authority.

(1)When a housing authority is subject to dissolution as provided in 7-15-4422 , the council may, at any regular meeting of the council, without any previous notice, and in its discretion, adopt a resolution declaring that:
(a)dwelling accommodations in the city and surrounding area are such that there is no need for the construction of any housing project;
(b)the need for the creation of a housing authority no longer exists; and
(c)the same be disbanded and dissolved.
(2)The resolution shall be spread upon the minutes of the meeting of the council. Thereupon, a copy of the said resolution shall be duly certified by the mayor and city clerk and filed for record in the office of the secretary of state, whereupon the housing authorit
