§ 7-15-4420 — Procedure To Implement Certain Sections

7-15-4420 . Procedure to implement certain sections.

(1)Except as otherwise provided in 7-15-4416 (2) and 7-15-4417 through 7-15-4419 , all action authorized to be taken under 7-15-4416 (2) and 7-15-4417 through 7-15-4419 by the council or other governing body of any city or of any municipality may be by resolution adopted by a majority of all the members of its council or other governing body.

(2)The resolution may be adopted at the meeting of the council or other governing body at which such resolution is introduced and shall take effect immediately upon such adoption, and no such resolution need be published or posted.
