46-15-326 . Use of materials. Except as provided in 46-11-401 , any materials, including witness lists, furnished to an attorney pursuant to 46-15-322 through 46-15-329 may not be disclosed to the public but may be disclosed to others only to the extent necessary for the proper conduct of the case.
