3-15-705 . Manner of impaneling. The jury must be impaneled as provided in:

(1)Title 46, if the action is a criminal one;
(2)Title 25, chapter 7, part 2, and Rule 18B, Montana Justice and City Court Rules of Civil Procedure, if the action is a civil one.
