§ 2-15-1765 — Board Of Plumbers

2-15-1765 . Board of plumbers.

(1)In accordance with 37-1-123 , there is a board of plumbers.

(2)The board consists of seven members:

(a)two master plumbers;

(b)two journey level plumbers;

(c)one professional engineer qualified in mechanical engineering;

(d)one representative of the department of environmental quality, who must have experience in the regulation of drinking water systems; and

(e)one public member.

(3)The board is allocated to the department for administrative purposes only as prescribed in 2-15-121 .
