2-15-1758 . Board of real estate appraisers.

(1)In accordance with 37-1-123 , there is a board of real estate appraisers.

(2)The board consists of five members:

(a)four real estate appraisers, of whom two members are certified general appraisers and two members are certified residential appraisers; and

(b)one public member.

(3)The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121 .
