§ 2-15-1756 — Board Of Public Accountants

2-15-1756 . Board of public accountants.

(1)In accordance with 37-1-123 , there is a board of public accountants.

(2)The board consists of five members:

(a)four certified public accountants; and

(b)one public member.

(3)The board is allocated to the department of labor and industry as prescribed in 2-15-121 , except that the provisions of 2-15-121 (2)(b) do not apply.
