2-15-1752 . (Effective January 1, 2026) Board of allied health care professionals.
(1)In accordance with 37-1-123 , there is a board of allied health care professionals.
(2)The board consists of seven members:
(a)two clinical laboratory scientists;
(b)two radiologic technologists;
(c)two respiratory therapists; and
(d)one public member.
(3)The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121 .
