2-15-1744 . Board of behavioral health.

(1)In accordance with 37-1-123 , there is a board of behavioral health.
(2)The board consists of 11 members:
(a)three clinical social workers;
(b)three professional counselors;
(c)two addiction counselors;
(d)one certified behavioral peer support specialist;
(e)one marriage and family therapist; and
(f)one public member.
(3)The board is allocated to the department as provided in 2-15-121 .
