2-15-1742 . Board of veterinary medicine. (1) In accordance with 37-1-123 , there is a board of veterinary medicine.
(2) The board consists of seven members:
(a) five veterinarians;
(b) one veterinary technician; and
(c) one public member.
(3) The board is allocated to the department as provided in 2-15-121 .
