2-15-1742 . Board of veterinary medicine.

(1)In accordance with 37-1-123 , there is a board of veterinary medicine.

(2)The board consists of seven members:

(a)five veterinarians;

(b)one veterinary technician; and

(c)one public member.

(3)The board is allocated to the department as provided in 2-15-121 .
