§ 2-15-1741 — Board Of Psychologists

2-15-1741 . Board of psychologists.

(1)In accordance with 37-1-123 , there is a board of psychologists.
(2)The board consists of six members:
(a)two psychologists engaged in private practice;
(b)one psychologist engaged in public health;
(c)one psychologist engaged in the teaching of psychology;
(d)one behavior analyst; and
(e)one public member.
(3)The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121 .
