7-14-4628 . Nature of onstreet parking regulations. The parking regulations issued pursuant to 7-14-4622 (7) may include, without limiting the generality of this provision, the determination of:
(1)parking locations;
(2)variable parking durations;
(3)variable parking rate schedules; and
(4)enforcement policies and procedures.
