7-14-2530 . Redemption of bonds authorized.
(1)All bonds issued for a term longer than 5 years shall be redeemable, at the option of the county, 5 years after the date of issue and on any payment due date thereafter before maturity.
(2)This statement shall appear on the face of each bond.
