7-14-2514 . Limit on expenditures for road district.

(1)The expenditures in any road district for labor and equipment, together with the compensation to be paid to the supervisor, shall not exceed the sum apportioned quarterly by the board of county commissioners to that district. However, if that sum is not sufficient, the board may appropriate any amount from the county road fund necessary for the use of such district.
(2)The full amount of all road taxes collected in remote districts shall be expended annually by the county commissioners on the roads within such districts.
