7-14-2206 . Use of bridges in municipalities by street railway.

(1)Before any bridge constructed and maintained by the county in any city or town may be used as a part of any street or suburban railway, the owner of that railway shall pay into the county bridge fund a sum determined by the board which shall not be less than one-fourth or more than one-half of the cost of construction of the bridge.
(2)During the time the bridge is used by the railway, the railway owner shall also pay such portion of the cost of maintaining the bridge (not less than one-fourth or more than one-half) as is determined by the board.
