7-14-1611 . Resolution of intention to create rail authority.

(1)A board of county commissioners may create an authority encompassing an entire county or a portion of a county. Before creating an authority, the board shall pass a resolution of intention.
(2)The resolution must state:
(a)the proposed name of the authority;
(b)the proposed boundaries of the authority; and
(c)the number of directors of the authority.
