35-14-903 . Required approvals. If a domestic or foreign corporation or eligible entity may not be a party to a merger without the approval of the attorney general, the state auditor, the department of administration, or the public service commission and the applicable statutes or regulations do not specifically deal with transactions under this part but do require approval by one of those agencies or officials for mergers, a corporation or eligible entity may not be a party to a transaction under this part without the prior approval of that agency or official.
