35-14-1508 . Withdrawal upon domestication or conversion to certain domestic entities. A registered foreign corporation that domesticates to a domestic business corporation or converts to a domestic nonprofit corporation or any type of domestic filing entity or to a domestic limited liability partnership is considered to have withdrawn its registration on the effective date of that event.
