§ 35-14-1507 — Withdrawal Of Registration Of Registered Foreign Corporation

35-14-1507 . Withdrawal of registration of registered foreign corporation.

(1)A registered foreign corporation may withdraw its registration by delivering a statement of withdrawal to the secretary of state for filing. The statement of withdrawal must be signed by the foreign corporation and must state:
(a)the name of the foreign corporation and its jurisdiction of formation;
(b)that the foreign corporation is not doing business in this state and that it withdraws its registration to do business in this state;
(c)that the foreign corporation revokes the authority of its registered agent in this state;
(d)an address to which process on the foreign corporation may be sent by the secretary of state under 35-14-504 (3);
(e)that all taxes imposed on the corporation under Title 15 have bee
