7-12-4254 . Hearing on petition -- notice.

(1)Upon the filing of the petition, the district court or any district court judge shall fix the time for the hearing on the petition, which may not be less than 15 days from the date of filing the petition in the court.
(2)The district court or any district court judge shall order the clerk of the court to give notice of the filing of the petition as provided in 7-1-2121 . The date of the first publication may not be less than 15 days prior to the date fixed for hearing.
