7-12-4187 . Certain errors not to invalidate assessments and liens.

(1)When, under any of the provisions of this part or part 42, special taxes and assessments are assessed against any lot or parcel of land as the property of a particular person, no misnomer of the owner or supposed owner or other mistake relating to the ownership thereof shall affect such assessment or render it void or voidable.
(2)Any mistake in the description of the property or the name of the owner shall not vitiate any liens created by this part or part 42 unless it is impossible to identify the property from the description.
