§ 7-12-2160 — Hearing On Protest

7-12-2160 . Hearing on protest.

(1)At the time so fixed, the board of county commissioners shall meet and hear all such objections and for that purpose may adjourn from day to day.
(2)The board may by resolution modify such assessment in whole or in part. A copy of such resolution, certified by the county clerk, must be delivered to the county treasurer 2 days after its passage.
