§ 69-12-342 — Authority

69-12-342 . Authority.

(1)Notwithstanding any other provision of law, transportation network carrier services are exclusively governed by this chapter and rules promulgated by the commission consistent with this chapter.

(2)A local government as defined in 2-2-102 may not impose a tax or fee on, require a license for, or impose any other operational requirements on transportation network carrier services.
