35-12-620 . Reinstatement following cancellation for failure to renew.

(1)If a certificate of limited partnership was canceled under 35-12-610 for failure to renew, an application for reinstatement of the original certificate may be made to the secretary of state within 5 years after the effective date of the cancellation.
(2)The application must:
(a)state the name of the limited partnership and the date its certificate of limited partnership was canceled;
(b)state that the limited partnership's name satisfies the requirements of 35-12-505 ; and
(c)include the information required in 35-12-601 .
(3)If the secretary of state determines that the information provided is sufficient and correct, the secretary of state shall reinstate the certificate of limited partnership and send confirm
