35-10-715 . Term and renewal of limited liability partnership registration.
(1)Registration of a limited liability partnership is effective for a term of 5 years from the date of registration. Upon application for renewal of registration on forms furnished by the secretary of state, the registration may be renewed for another 5-year term.
(2)Not less than 90 days before the expiration date of the registration of a limited liability partnership, the secretary of state shall notify the limited liability partnership of the pending expiration by mailing a notice to the business mailing address of the limited liability partnership.
(3)If a limited liability partnership fails to file an application for renewal with the secretary of state within a 90-day period prior to the expiration date of
