§ 90-1-155 — Definitions

90-1-155 . Definitions. As used in sections 90-1-154 through 90-1-159 , unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following definitions apply:
(1)"Commission" means the Montana-Ireland trade commission established in 2-15-1839 .
(2)"Department" means the department of commerce established in 2-15-1801 .
