§ 85-1-906 — Special County Government Authority
85-1-906 . (Temporary) Special county government authority. The governing body of a county within western Montana may allocate to the commission a portion of any funds available from coal severance tax allocations or other sources that is designated for project or planning activities. (Terminates June 30, 2029--sec. 12, Ch. 428, L. 2023.)
