71-1-309 . Objection to reconveyance. A title insurer or title insurance producer may not record a reconveyance of trust indenture if, within 90 days of the date of the notice of intent to reconvey, the beneficiary or servicer notifies the title insurer or title insurance producer that the obligation has not been paid in full or that the beneficiary or servicer objects to the reconveyance.
