§ 71-1-227 — Injunction To Prevent Injury To Property
71-1-227 . Injunction to prevent injury to property. The court may, by injunction, upon good cause shown, restrain the party in possession from doing any act to the injury of real property during the foreclosure of a mortgage thereon.
