32-1-910 . Hearings -- decision -- review, modification, termination or stay of orders.

(1)A hearing provided for in this part must be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Montana Administrative Procedure Act. The hearing must be private unless the director, after fully considering the views of the party afforded the hearing, determines that a public hearing is necessary to protect the public interest. After the hearing and within 90 days after the director has notified the parties that the case has been submitted for final decision, the director shall render a decision, which must include findings of fact upon which the decision is based, and shall issue and serve upon each party to the proceeding an order consistent with the provisions of this section.
