§ 32-1-564 — Notice Of Bank Closing

32-1-564 . Notice of bank closing.
(1)A bank closing an office under authority granted under 32-1-563 (1) shall give to the department as prompt notice of its action as conditions will permit and by any means available, and, in the case of a national bank, to the comptroller of the currency. The bank shall estimate the time the office will remain closed and notify the department when the office reopens.
(2)A bank that is unable to provide services by any means, including mobile applications, automatic teller machines, online or telephone transactions, or services at any mobile or temporary branch, shall immediately notify the department.
