§ 32-1-308 — Bylaws
Montana·Title 32 FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 1 BANKS AND TRUST COMPANIES·Part 3 Formation and Reorganization
32-1-308 . Bylaws. The bylaws must be certified by a majority of the directors and the secretary of the corporation and recorded in the permanent records of the bank. Bylaws must be open to public inspection during office hours. A copy of the bylaws must also be transmitted to the department.
