§ 31-1-706 — License Renewal Fee
Montana·Title 31 CREDIT TRANSACTIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS·Ch. 1 CREDIT TRANSACTIONS·Part 7 Montana Deferred Deposit Loan Act
31-1-706 . License renewal fee.
(1)A person licensed under 31-1-705 shall pay an annual license renewal fee of $500 for each license that the person holds under this part.
(2)The department may direct that fees due the department under subsection (1) be remitted to the department through a nationwide licensing system.
