Text
3-1-1603 . District court council vacancies.
(1)In the event that a vacancy on the district court council occurs, the supreme court shall appoint a replacement for the remainder of the term. The replacement must be a member of the same group as the member replaced.
(2)Appointments provided for in this section must be made within 30 days of the occurrence of the vacancy.
