§ 3-1-1501 — Definitions

3-1-1501 . Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
(1)"Commission" means the commission on courts of limited jurisdiction established by the supreme court.
(2)"Judge" means:
(a)a municipal court judge;
(b)a justice of the peace; or
(c)a city judge.
