Text
Any authority empowered to undertake and carry out land clearance projects in a constitutional charter city or county under this law is hereby authorized to and may, upon such terms and conditions as it may determine not inconsistent with this law, and with the consent of the governing body of such constitutional charter city or county, contract to and take over, assume, continue and carry out all undertakings, obligations, rights, powers, plans and activities, not inconsistent with this law, of such constitutional charter city or county relating to planned or existing land clearance projects.
