Text
1.Any two or more authorities may join or cooperate with one another in the exercise of any or all of the powers conferred hereby for the purpose of financing, planning, undertaking, constructing or operating a housing project or projects, or other federally subsidized housing programs located within the area of operation of any one or more of said authorities. An authority may also provide technical assistance to other authorities and charge a fee for such services, provided that the profits from such fees shall be distributed as provided in subsection 3 of section 99.080 .
