Text

Sections 95.465 to 95.500 shall not repeal, abridge, impair or in any way affect any law or act passed by the thirty-eighth general assembly of this state, relating to the issue and sale of bonds of any such city for the purpose of paying judgments or decrees of courts, and providing for the payment of any such bonds; and no law or act passed by the said thirty-eighth general assembly shall be in any way construed to abridge, impair or otherwise affect the provisions of said sections.
