Text
If the bond issue by any such city or town be carried or consented to by the constitutionally required percentage of the voters voting on the question, the council, trustees or other legislative authority of such city or town may, by ordinance, declare the result of the submission of the question, and cause such bonds of such city or town to be issued for the amount of such indebtedness as has been ascertained and determined by judgment or decree of court.
