Text
For the purpose of testing the sense of the voters upon a proposition to issue bonds for the purposes of taking up the indebtedness of such city or town as has been ascertained and determined by a judgment or decree of court, the council, trustees or other proper authority of such municipality shall order the question to be submitted to the voters.
