Text
All transactions involving liens or encumbrances on manufactured homes entered into before July 1, 2003, and the rights, duties, and interests flowing from such transactions shall remain valid thereafter except as otherwise provided by law, and may be terminated, completed, consummated, or enforced as required or permitted by any statute or other law amended or repealed by sections 700.350 to 700.380 as though such repeal or amendment had not occurred.
