Text

1.In addition to those sums authorized prior to September 28, 1983, the board of fund commissioners of the state of Missouri, as authorized by Section 37(c) of Article III of the Constitution of the State of Missouri, is authorized to borrow, on the credit of this state, the sum of twenty million dollars in the manner and for the purposes set out in this chapter.
2.For the purposes of sections 644.500 to 644.561 the term "sewage treatment facilities" shall include any method, process, or equipment which removes, reduces, or renders less obnoxious water contaminants released from any source, pipeline or conduits, pumping stations, force mains, and other structures, devices, appurtenances, and facilities used for collecting or conducting wastes to an ultimate point for treatment or hand
