Mo. Rev. Stat. § 644.091 (2026).

Text

1.No officer, agency or department of the state government, or of any political subdivision of this state shall enter into a contract with any person required to apply for a permit under the provisions of section 644.051 unless such person has applied for or received a permit pursuant to section 644.061 .
2.No contract shall be entered into by any such governmental authority with any person who is held in contempt of any court order enforcing the provisions of sections 644.006 to 644.141 .
