Text
1.No food or beverage products shall be sold, offered for sale, or distributed in this state that are packaged, wrapped, or enclosed in a container manufactured from polystyrene foam produced using fully halogenated chlorofluorocarbons.
2.Any distributor in this state engaged in the sale or distribution of extruded polystyrene foam products manufactured using fully halogenated chlorofluorocarbons shall certify to the department of natural resources that such foam products are not in violation of subsection 3 of this section.
3.Beginning January 1, 1992, no person shall sell, offer for sale, or distribute in this state any product manufactured in whole or in part of thermoformed or other extruded polystyrene foam manufactured using any fully halogenated chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) foun
